Hotmail Founder plans new Silicon Valley of India
Bangalore is generally referred to as the Silicon Valley of India but Hotmail founder, Sabeer Bhatia, is working with the Government to set up another Silicon Valley in Haryana state of India.
Sabeer wants to make his city the intellectual capital of India. The city would cover technologies like nano technology, biosciences, software product development, next generation Internet products, materials research and energy.
Sabeer Bhatia would be working with state government officials in a joint working group to finalise the location and basic parameters of the project within three months.
