Best way to spend time inside Gold Mines: Listen to iPod Music
Two Australian men trapped for more than a week in a Gold mine (nearly 1 kilometer underground) are now listening to iPods to help them while away the hours as rescuers prepare to start a new drilling operation in a bid to free them.
It is believed that one of the men has asked for country music. A digital camera has also been passed to the men so they can show rescuers and medical staff their surroundings and what is happening to them.
This incidence does bring back memories of the Australian Mine converted into an Apple iPod to celebrate Apple's 30th anniversary. The rumours were later proved false.
