Condoleezza Rice exercise routine on TV show
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gets up at 4:30 a.m. and exercises every day, no matter where in the world she is.
At that hour, only the deeply committed are exercising.
Her trainer, Tommy Tomlo, is a former Marine.
Condoleezza Rice is also appearing in a TV interview (available online) in which she rides a bike, works on her abs, pumps iron and talks about her weight.
